Message	I would estimate she hit me going 45-55, and I was going 35. The road is normally a busy, fast 2 lane road with speed limits either 45 or 55, but the posted speed limit was 35 due to construction. I travel this road very frequently and often see people flying 50-60 even through the construction zone(probably texting too). The impact was enough to crack her bumper, but I was surprised as well at the lack of cosmetic damage. The impact was also enough to move my phone and wallet from my lap to behind my seat. She's cooperating thus far and I think I have enough evidence between the damage to the cars and what she has been saying to me via text message. Hopefully the frame isn't too tweaked.
